Dua Lipa in Grazia France 2019 Issue

British pop sensation Dua Lipa is gracing the pages of Grazia France’s June 2019 issue, bringing her signature style and allure to an exclusive new fashion editorial. Photographed in Los Angeles by rising star Tyler Mitchell, Lipa exudes confidence and charisma in looks handpicked by Grazia’s fashion team.

“We wanted to capture Dua’s playful, fashion-forward aesthetic for the shoot,” shares Grazia editor-in-chief Fiona Weber. “Her music videos are always so stylish and she clearly has a great eye for mixing high-fashion and streetwear elements. We gave her and Tyler a lot of creative freedom to let their visions come to life.”

And come to life they did. One striking shot features Lipa posed seductively in an asymmetrical black Saint Laurent minidress, long dark hair cascading over one shoulder as she gazes directly into the camera. “That Saint Laurent look was one of my favorites,” Lipa reveals. “It was so cool and sexy but still really chic.”

Other highlights include the “New Rules” singer in a sporty MSGM ensemble comprised of a bralette, matching track pants and puffer jacket, as well as a feminine Rodarte lace dress juxtaposed with Dr. Martens combat boots. “I’m all about clashing different vibes like that,” notes Lipa. “A little bit girly, a little bit grunge.”

It’s this bold mix of styles that has garnered Lipa legions of fans both for her music and her on-point fashion. And with a highly anticipated new album due out later this year, the rising superstar shows no signs of slowing down. She closes out the Grazia shoot with a sultry stare, clad in a Saint Laurent leopard print coat and leather thigh-high boots. Lipa may just be pop’s next style icon in the making.
